This Refund Policy describes how doggyloveandmore.com (the “Site” or “we”) accepts, processes or declines returns of purchases from the Site.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a product-based Refund Policy.
- 14-Day Returns for Jewelry for any reason
- 14-Day Returns for damaged or defective mugs or apparel
- 14-Day Returns for mugs or apparel that were misprinted or sent in error
Unfortunately, since our apparel and mugs are specialized made-to-order items, we cannot accept returns because you changed or mind or ordered the wrong size. Please review our size charts carefully.
Process
To start a return, contact us by clicking on "Send us an email" at the top of the site. Please note 'Returns' as your subject and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted or was sent in error, please include a picture in your e-mail.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping. We cannot accept returns otherwise.
Please note:
- Depending on the issue, we may or may not be able to refund shipping costs paid when the order was made.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, unaltered, undamaged, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- We cannot process or accept returns of free items.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund money for:
- monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items,
- items damaged through normal wear and tear,
- free items, including free Gift Cards, or
- shipping costs you may have paid.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
