Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how DoggyLoveandMore and doggyloveandmore.com (the “Site” or “we”) ships purchases made on the Site.  

We only ship to addresses in the continental United States.

We offer FREE Shipping on everything, except free items.

Shipping costs paid for by a customer cannot be refunded if an item is returned. This includes the shipping costs the customer paid to return an item.

Orders are processed immediately and are fulfilled within 7 business days.  Our carriers try to deliver within 10 business days after that but given current world events, shipping times may vary.  If you have ordered a specialty item from overseas, it can take up to 20 business days to arrive.

Please note that while we do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimates, our time estimates are not guarantees.

Please note:

• If we are able to offer express shipping it will appear as an option during checkout. 
• Discounts, coupons or codes cannot be applied to the cost of shipping.
• Shipping costs that have been paid for by a customer cannot be refunded.
• To return an item, the customer must pay for shipping.
• We will make every effort to ship your order immediately. However, shipping may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control (accidents, storms, pandemics, etc.)
